Ravenscombe: terms, health warning and privacy

Last updated 16 October 2026.

Before you play: health warning

Flashing lights. Ravenscombe has lightning flashes and sudden changes of light. A small number of people can have seizures when they see flashing lights or patterns, even with no history of epilepsy. If you or anyone in your family has epilepsy or has ever had a seizure, do not play without speaking to a doctor first. Stop playing straight away if you feel dizzy, sick or disorientated, or notice twitching, blurred vision or any involuntary movement.

Frights. This is a horror game, with jump scares, chases, sudden loud sounds and frightening images. It is not suitable for anyone who has a heart condition, high blood pressure or anxiety, or who is easily frightened.

Age guide: 12+. Parents and carers, please decide what is right for your child.

Look after yourself. Take a break every 30 to 60 minutes. If you play on a phone, stay seated and somewhere safe; never play while walking, cycling or driving. Keep the volume at a comfortable level, especially with headphones.

Terms of use

1. What Ravenscombe is. Ravenscombe is a free, non-commercial Halloween game created and run by Crypto Dragon (@CryptoDraig) for the XRDoge community ("we", "us"). It is not sold, asks for no payment, needs no account or wallet, and is not linked to buying, selling or owning any token or other asset. By playing it you agree to these terms.

2. Playing at your own risk. The game is provided free and "as is". We do our best to keep it working, but we do not promise that it will run on every device or browser, be free of bugs, or be available at all times. We may change it, pause it or take it down whenever we like.

3. Our liability. Because the game is free, and as far as the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from playing it or being unable to play it, including loss of data, damage to devices, or any loss you could not reasonably have expected. Please read the health warning above before you play.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under the law of England and Wales.

4. Ownership. The XRDoge name, characters and artwork belong to the XRDoge project. Ravenscombe itself, its code, design and the rest of its content, is the work of Crypto Dragon, apart from the material credited below, which is used under its own licences. You may play the game, and you are welcome to share screenshots, clips and videos of it, including on social media and streams. You may not copy, re-host, sell or charge for the game or its files, or pass it off as your own.

5. Fair play. Please don't try to break, overload or interfere with the website or the game, or use them for anything unlawful.

6. Links. Links to other websites and social media are there for convenience. We are not responsible for their content.

7. Changes. We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. Carrying on playing after a change means you accept the new terms.

8. Contact. To report a problem, ask a question or raise a concern about anything in the game, message Crypto Dragon on X (Twitter) at @CryptoDraig. For XRDoge community news, follow @xrdoge_Army.

9. Law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales deal with any dispute. If you live elsewhere in the UK you can also use your local courts.

Privacy

Ravenscombe does not ask for, collect or store any personal information. There are no accounts, no sign-ups, no wallets, no advertising and no tracking cookies.
